New Blog

This is evidently our new blog. Will we keep up with it? Who knows, but its here. I would imagine that we will try to post pertinant information about our family so people will know. Wait, this is almost like sending an annual update letter for Christmas isn't it. Wow, we will see if this lasts, I will say this, it seems like a good way for relatives and friends to stay current so that when we do speak the conversation should probably be relevant and not a lot of backtracking. I also kind of feel like Doogie Houser imputting valuable life lessons and enlightenments. Well here it is. I believe most of the posts that I input will be for the humor of others so feel free to blog back.

WoW! You're right! It is awesome. I'm going to love keeping up with the ERMoffetts et al. I was just wondering where I could find another blog to keep me from actually doing any work. Thanks for saving me from real toil and trouble.

BTW,love the new pix of Graham you sent out recently. Uhh...isn't that shirt just a tad too small for the big guy? Maybe you should get one a little bigger?

I'll check back in the morning, but good luck on your inaugural blog! XOXOXO

Ean, I enjoyed the questions you sent out at the first of the year. And you're right that I learned new things about my family. I never knew Beth liked emeralds, and I didn't know that Christy's shoe size was a 9 or that she wanted to go to Italy. I always thought that she was interested in Portugal first. I didn't know that Letty's favorite color was lavender or that she & Christy liked tulips (just like me). So that was a great email.

So Ean, what are your vacation plans this year? I know Letty's going to Italy, we're going cross-country, and Sara's in England right now and will probably visit with Byron & Julie this weekend.

Anyone...anyone...Bueller?

I might be going to Vegas in May, we are going to Hilton Head at the end of June, and I am supposed to do DC at the end of July, on this I will let you know. The Vegas and DC trips are for Work but the Hilton Head trip is Vacation.

Yea, another visitor to our area! Hopefully it will be after the 15th, 'cause that's when we get back from our vacation.

Going to Vegas, baby? You'll have to clue me in on what you liked best (well, if you can talk about it...we all know what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas). I'm going to be there for about six hours on June 25th. Woopee! I'm going to see the Auto Collection at the Imperial Hotel and maybe the Liberace Museum. I've heard it's really outlandish...sort of like he was. I'll arrive in the airport around 9:30am and then mess around the Strip until Dale & Brett buzz by around 3 pm to pick me up on the way to Yosemite. Six hours...that's it!

Luckily I'm not a big gambler and don't have a desire to see any shows (well, except for Bette Midler...she and her "Sophie" jokes are pretty funny). To be honest, I'll probably spend most of my time there on my computer in a Barnes & Noble or Starbucks. I'm such an exciting person...

BTW, how long will you be in Vegas and in DC? And will the whole family be travelling with you?

I talked to Heather today and found out June 25 is still Jack's due date. So I'll dedicate my six hours in Vegas to him. Who knows, I might get lucky with my gambling budget of $20! (Has anybody started a pool for date and time of birth?) ;-)
